How the Program Works
The program runs in three stages: screening and orientation, 100 days of hands-on farmland training with agribusiness classes, and post-training mentorship with business and market support.
Pre-Hub (Screening & Orientation)
Before entering the training hub, participants go through an application process, introduction sessions, and readiness checks. This ensures only motivated and committed individuals are selected for the program.
Hub (100 Days Farmland Training)
Participants will learn the full farming cycle—land prep, planting, management, harvest, and sales—while attending weekly agribusiness classes for sustainable venture skills.
Post-Hub (Mentorship & Support)
After training, participants will receive 1–2 years of mentorship, guidance on scaling their businesses, and access to markets and cooperative opportunities to help them grow into successful agripreneurs.
